Refund policy
At Shriji Royal Texto, we aim to provide you with high-quality personal care products and exceptional customer service. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product or request a refund. This Refund and Return Policy outlines our procedures for such cases.
Returns Eligibility
Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened products within 7 Days of the Delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return or replacement. We may require photos or other evidence of the damage.
Expired Products: If you receive a product that has expired, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return or replacement. We may require photos or other evidence of the product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products with a tamper-evident seal that has been broken.
- Beard Wax and Lip Balm are non-returnable.
Return Process
Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@shrijiroyaltexto.com or through our Contact Us Contact – Shrijiroyaltexto. Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return Tracking Number and instructions on how to return the item.
Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and re-verify the provided tracking Number with the Delivery Partner before handing over the package.
Refunds
Prepaid Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
COD Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We will require Your account details [Name, Account Number, IFSC Code] or UPI ID to initiate the Refund Procedure.
Note: Team We Care never asks for an OTP/ATM PIN, please don’t share with anyone.
Shipping Costs Refundable: If in case we are not able to pick up the return package due to a Non-serviceable area or PIN code, the Customer should ship the package from their side. Also, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or expired product.
Shipping Costs Non-Refundable: Shipping and handling costs are chargeable after the First return of the same product or same order.
Exchanges
Exchanging a Product: If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. You may be responsible for any price differences.
Exchanging a Product after Ordering: If you would like to exchange a product for a different item just in 24 Hours of ordering, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. You may be responsible for any price differences. If the shipment is dispatched from the warehouse the order can not be exchanged.
Cancellation
Order Cancellation: Cancellation of the order can be done within 24 hours of placing the order. Our team will contact you for the confirmation.
Order Can’t be Cancel: If the shipment is dispatched from the warehouse the order can not be cancelled.
Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that you have followed the return eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
- Package the returned item securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Keep a record of the return tracking number until the return is processed.
- Verify the provided tracking Number with the Delivery Partner before handing over the package.
